The production process of peel-off end

1. Feeding lid. Feed the formed basic lid into the easy-tear lid production equipment. The production process of basic lid is the same as that of metal can lid. The basic lid is stamped, rounded and injected.

2. Punching. Punch a hole in the middle of the formed basic lid. The O-type easy-tear lid is punched into a round hole; the D-type easy-tear lid is punched into a D-shaped hole.

3. Curling. Curl the hole edge in the middle of the cover toward the outer diameter, with the curling direction being the inner side of the basic cover, so that there is no burr on the hole edge.

4. Sealing aluminum foil. Use heat sealing to bond the stamped aluminum foil to the lid to seal the middle hole.

5. Embossing. Emboss patterns on the aluminum foil for decoration and higher strength.

6. Inspection and packaging. Each easy-tear cover is inspected online to check its sealing performance, and qualified products are automatically packaged.
