In order to ensure that the bottle cap is easy to print after it is formed, the bottle cap material surface is required to be flat and free of rolling marks, scratches and stains. The aluminum alloys are 8011, 3003, 3105,etc. The specification is generally 0.20-0.23 mm in thickness and 449mm -796mm in width. Aluminum bottle cap materials can be produced by hot rolling or continuous casting and rolling, and then cold rolling.

According to the different uses of bottle caps, there are different regulations for the test methods of non-gas caps and gas-containing caps.
In fact, the torque force of the bottle cap (cap tightening force and opening force) is also the main factor affecting its sealing performance. Excessive torque force will bring great difficulties to the opening and locking of the bottle cap, reducing the convenience of use. Too small a torque will reduce the sealing performance of the container, which may lead to product leakage during transportation.
